Chat bots are computer programs that simulate a conversation with a person, because it provides automatic answers to the users. The interaction with users is different because it provides an instant answer and it could help in any industry, like hospitality.

An example in hospitality, is when someone wants to make a reservation at the hotel, the chatbot could be very useful because it could give instant help and concrete the reservation.
